UPuper® Rock wool does not carry, absorb or consume any water or nutrients. Meanwhile, rockwool blocks does not prevent crops from absorbing nutrients. The elements given by water and fertilizer can be totally provided to plants. Growers do not need to consider the various effects of the substrates itself on crops.
People can accurately mix the nutrition solution required by crops in each growing stage. It is conducive to the data collection, analysis and management to optimize planting strategies. UPuper® rock wool’s EC and pH values are stable, which is convenient to set a unified irrigation scheme to have an easier management, and keep the consistent growth of crop roots.

Instructions for using rockwool cubes:
1. Soak the rockwool cubes in warm water to fully foam.
2. Put the rockwool cubes into a container and distribute evenly.
3. Place the seeds gently on the surface in the correct direction and wrap them in rockwool cubes, as the frosted rockwool  grow cubes can absorb enough water to ensure sufficient moisture coverage of the plant roots.
4. Depending on the variety of plants, they can grow new roots under the support of external plant sprouting cloths, achieving germination.
5. Put the sprouted cloth blocks of plants back into the container and replenish them with water in a timely manner.

Individually wrapped cubes hold the rockwool’s shape and prevent algae growth.
Easy to transport without hurting the roots and can improve transplanting efficiency.

1.Do rockwool blocks have natural resistance to pests and diseases in horticultural settings?

No, rockwool grow cubes do not have natural resistance to pests and diseases in horticultural settings. It is important to use proper pest and disease control measures to ensure healthy plants.

2.What are rockwool grow cubes?

Rockwool grow cubes are a type of growing medium made from melted basalt rock and chalk that is spun into fibers and then compressed into cubes. They are commonly used in hydroponic systems and are known for their excellent water retention and air porosity. Rockwool cubes are also pH neutral, making them ideal for growing a variety of plants.

What are rockwool grow cubes?

3.Do rockwool blocks have different densities or compositions for use in various growing stages, such as seed germination or flowering?

Yes, rockwool blocks can have different densities and compositions for use in various growing stages. For example, some rockwool cubes are designed specifically for seed germination, while others are designed for flowering. The density and composition of the rockwool cubes can vary depending on the type of plant being grown and the desired outcome.

4.Are rockwool blocks compatible with automatic irrigation and nutrient delivery systems commonly used in hydroponics?

Yes, rockwool blocks are compatible with automatic irrigation and nutrient delivery systems commonly used in hydroponics. However, it is important to note that rockwool cubes should be soaked in water before use to ensure that they are properly hydrated. Additionally, rockwool cubes should be flushed with water every few weeks to prevent nutrient buildup.

Are rockwool blocks compatible with automatic irrigation and nutrient delivery systems commonly used in hydroponics?

5.As a rockwool blocks manufacturer, What about your package?

Export standard package. Cartons tested for compressive strength. Pallet packaging is also acceptable.

6.What types of fertilizers and nutrients are commonly used with rockwool blocks?

Common fertilizers and nutrients used with rockwool grow cubes include:
-Organic fertilizers such as fish emulsion, kelp meal, and compost tea
-Synthetic fertilizers such as 20-20-20, 15-30-15, and 10-52-10
-Micronutrients such as iron, zinc, and manganese
-Calcium and magnesium supplements
-pH adjusters such as lime or sulfur

What types of fertilizers and nutrients are commonly used with rockwool blocks?

7.Are there specific tools or accessories designed for working with rockwool blocks, such as hole punches or plant supports?

Yes, there are several tools and accessories designed specifically for working with rockwool grow cubes. These include hole punches, plant supports, and trays for holding the cubes. Additionally, there are tools for cutting and shaping the cubes, as well as tools for transplanting seedlings from the cubes into larger containers.

8.What is the recommended method for disposing of used rockwool blocks to minimize environmental impact?

The recommended method for disposing of used rockwool blockss is to compost them. Rockwool is made from basalt and chalk, which are both natural materials that can be broken down by microorganisms in the soil. Composting the cubes will help to reduce the environmental impact by returning the materials to the soil.

What is the recommended method for disposing of used rockwool blocks to minimize environmental impact?

9.As a rockwool blocks manufacturer,Why use soilless cultivation?

Soilless cultivation is the most advanced cultivation technology in modern agriculture. From cultivation facilities to environmental control, the whole process can be monitored and regulated according to the needs of crop growth and development. It can realize early maturity and high yield of crops; Production of pollution-free products; greatly improve working conditions, save labor and reduce labor intensity; Save water and fertilizer; Avoid soil continuous planting barriers; it has no regional restrictions and can make the space fully used; so that contribute to the automation and intelligence of cultivation.
